Hello Beautiful Soul,
It is no coincidence that you were guided here today. I have asked spirit to align me with those who resonate with my life experiences and healing journey. I believe that for those of you seeking answers, a deeper connection will unfold, just as I once sought the wisdom, knowledge, and awareness of the synchronicities life was showing me.
My journey began with trauma, right from birth, leading me through life with the weight of generational wounds, limiting beliefs, poverty, molestation, rape, addictions, and dysfunctional family dynamics. These early challenges mirrored the struggles of my ancestors. Becoming a mother at 16 while battling depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia was no easy path. Yet, despite the mountains I climbed, I constantly felt the need to prove my self-worth and reach a success that many told me was not meant for someone like me.
In 2012, I experienced a life-altering loss that would forever change the course of my spiritual path. The passing of my beloved aunt Melanie, who was only 10 years older than me and had been a nurturing mother figure in my life, triggered my first dark night of the soul. The pain of losing her sent me on a long and transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening, as I sought solace and understanding in the spiritual realm. That moment marked the beginning of a profound connection with Spirit, and the spark of my true spiritual journey ignited.
Then, the world shifted during the pandemic, and everything I had worked so hard to build crumbled. In that moment of collapse, Spirit gave me a gift: the freedom to surrender and finally heal from not only my life experiences but also the generational traumas that had been passed down to me.
As I healed, my spiritual journey deepened—and with it, my passion for learning evolved into a deep desire to empower and inspire others. My in-person healing practice shifted, and I stepped into a leadership role as a Teacher, sharing the wisdom and experiences that had transformed my life. Today, I stand with the guidance and strength of my ancestors, rediscovering and integrating the skills that have been passed down through generations. It is an honor to carry the torch of healer and teacher—whether you resonate with the name High Priestess, Witch, Shaman, or Medicine Woman.
I’m Jennifer Lynn White, and my passion lies in guiding others on a transformative journey of self-discovery, unconditional self-love, and spiritual awakening. Over the years, I’ve earned certifications in Reiki - Usui/Holy Fire® III Master Teaching, Herbalism, Master Crystal Healing, Access Consciousness Bars® Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Holistic Life Coaching, and more. My diverse knowledge allows me to support you in healing from the inside out, empowering you to connect with your deepest self and align with your spiritual purpose.
My psychic mediumship—a gift I’ve had since childhood—is thoughtfully integrated into my work, helping others gain clarity and insight into their spiritual paths. I know firsthand how important it is to transform pain into purpose, and I strive to offer real, raw, and authentic guidance based on my own experiences.

When I’m not teaching or creating new offerings, I enjoy the peaceful landscapes of Saskatchewan, Canada, after many years in the bustling energy of Toronto. I love traveling, learning about new cultures, and most importantly, spending time with my husband Steve, our children Dylan and Brooke, and our sweet granddaughter Olivia.
